A note from our founder
I started Wellness Bar because I saw how much people need real connection especially at work. We’re behind screens all day, moving fast, and often forgetting to breathe. I wanted to create a space that feels good the second you walk in. A space where coworkers can stretch, reset, and laugh together.
Our pop-ups are fully on-site, fully turnkey, and fully social. They feel like a spa meets a medical lounge with massage chairs, juice bars, group classes, and calming stations, all with a clean, minimalist design.
